StriveX is partnering with a leading financial institution who is seeking for an Assistant Relationship Manager. The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in delivering outstanding client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our department. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of client servicing, including documentation, credit analysis, client due diligence and know-your-client assessment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support RMs in client servicing, including resolving customer issues and ensuring timely onboarding processes, KYC, and AML checks
- Conduct annual/periodic credit reviews
- Market research and credit analysis for new clients.
- Prepare financial spreading in credit documents for clients and translate credit-related documents as needed.
- Participate in system implementation work, user requirement gathering and user-acceptance testing.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualification
- Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar role capacity
- Excellent client servicing mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Has sound knowledge of Corporate Banking products
- Keen learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
