We're looking for a Senior Sales and Account Manager to join our Flight Services team, based in Singapore. In this role, you will formulate and execute our strategic sales plans, oversee our sales activities, and maintain our customer relationships for our Flight Operations Solutions. These solutions are trusted by the world’s top airlines and business aviation companies to optimize their operations. Our industry-leading digital platforms include crew, flight, movement, airport, on-board catering, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team in Asia Pacific to prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
· Utilize consultative selling techniques, handle objections, and build strong customer relationships.
· Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems and sales tools.
· Adjust sales strategies, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
· Convey the value proposition of our flight solutions software effectively to current and potential clients.
· Deliver compelling presentations and persuasive sales proposals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
· 20+ years of experience in selling crew management solutions in the aviation industry.
· A proven track record (20+ years) of success in B2B sales and complex selling, specifically in airline operations
· Evidence of successful regional leadership and management skills.
· Strong history of overachieving multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.
· Comprehensive understanding of industry regulatory requirements within Asia Pacific.
· Strong evidence of successfully developing and executing strategic sales plans.
· Ability to monitor sales performance, use CRM systems and sales tools, and analyze and adapt to industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
· Evidence of already-established executive relationships within Asia Pacific aviation industry.
· Fluent in the English language - written and oral
· Ability to travel globally with little notice.
