Duties of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager:

• Drive the company's digital growth within the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.
• Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy and SOPs.
• Execute digital campaigns across search engines, social media, and programmatic advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on goals from impressions to sales.
• Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaigns based on trends and insights.
• Conduct A/B and conversion testing.
• Optimize the digital user journey and experience in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, sharing expertise with the team.
• Assess the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterpart
• Experience in using Social Media Platform like Xiao Hong Shu, Dou Yin, wechat and etc
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• To break into and follow-up on new market lead & potentials and market penetration for Factory Automation (FA) projects as well as Smart-Factory & AI Platforms.
• To assist and support the CEO Office mapping out sales strategies and sales plan for the FA projects & alike.
• To be the window person and key interface interpreting the customer’s requirements, URS and translating them into sales plans and proposals.
• To follow-up on customer’s enquiries, develop proposals, quotations and conduct sales presentations and visitations.
• To conduct business visitations, sales/marketing presentations and follow-up on potential leads and customers promoting the integration of factory automation & AI as well as to introduce the company's engineering capabilities to the regional markets.
• To continually generate and track all sales, marketing activities and promotions for the Factory Automation Projects & related industries’ needs and be responsible for the Region’s forecasting
• In-liaison and work closely with the Engineering Team to integrate the customer’s requirements with our engineering strengths to generate and deliver the best solution for the customer.
• To collate and evaluate market activities and competitive information, identify trends that may influence current and future growth in regional sales and profitability.
• Extraordinary and special reporting and establish counter plans to the Management during crisis and troubled times.
• Perform any other tasks and duties that are essential to the objectives of the Company.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing activities to industrial manufacturers in FA system integrators or robot manufacturing companies.
• Deep understanding of factory automation technologies and AI platforms.
• Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between customers and the engineering team.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop tailored proposals and quotations according to their needs.
• Proactive in lead generation and market penetration.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Japanese and Mandarin language skills would be a plus to liaise with Japanese speaking HQ and Mandarin speaking clients.
