Job Description

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (ie. Sales/Proposal Team) to obtain information for the submission of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFPs)/Request for Quote (RFQs)
• Comfortable with meeting external stakeholders (eg. customers) through following up on inquiries (via email, conferences, calls) - to develop new business opportunities with in-bound leads
• Prepare Bill of Materials and relevant Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission
• Participate in review meetings and site surveys of various projects
• Ensure updated input into the system to support the bid and sales processes accordingly
