Online Marketplaces Backend Support

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok).
• Set up promotional campaigns, discounts, and vouchers for these platforms.

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Dip in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar field will be a plus point

Job Description

• New business development and existing customer management for management system certification.
• Build and strengthen good relationship with clients, prospects and associations
• Coordination of regional/Global contracts
• Provide market information on certification
• Improve of managing key accounts
• Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales team in identifying the contacts, leads when required
• Visit customer as and when needed
• Preparation of brochures and track records and weekly reporting on sales activities
• Update visual presentation materials , SIEBEL and other software/application
• Preparation and coordination of seminars for Certification &Training business

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing / business development
• Candidate with relevant sales experience will be a plus.

You will work closely with our sales, public relations, and teams to create compelling marketing materials, manage our social media presence, and drive attendee registrations. Your creativity and data-driven approach will be crucial in shaping the public's perception of Zeno and ensuring the success of our event.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and exhibition attendance.
• Manage and update the exhibition's website and social media profiles, ensuring engaging and current content.
• Design and produce promotional materials
• Coordinate with PR and media agencies to secure media coverage and manage press relations.
• Analyze market trends and visitor data to adjust marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Organize promotional events and press conferences leading up to the exhibition.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and produce reports on performance metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
• Work with the design and sales team to design and conceptualise presentation deck templates to be in line with company marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the events/exhibition industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media (linkedin), SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing software and applications, such as CRM tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems
• Experienced in Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere PRO, Email Marketing, Analytics tools (Google analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Proven experience in graphic design and layout, with a strong creative eye
