Job Description

• Manage CRM programs, campaigns and the budget of CRM and loyalty activities.
• Plan customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and retention
• Optimize CRM assets and relational contents to drive customer engagement and loyalty across key touchpoints
• Effective segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS and Mobile Application)

Job Requirment

• Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines
