Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Fastener Manufacturer
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin)
• Working Location: West - Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist, coordinate, implement, and oversee the sales process as directed by the Sales Manager
• Ensure the preparation and finalization of all sales inquiries and orders
• Understand the company’s products, including material specifications
• Familiarize yourself with the company’s production workflows
• Grasp the company’s strategic long-term and short-term aims
• Address and solve customer issues effectively with ideal resolutions
• Perform any extra responsibilities as assigned by Management
