We’re on a lookout for a Digital Content Creator for a new beauty and make up academy!

For this role, we’re looking for someone creative, fun and artistic!

As a Digital Content Creator, you will play the role of enhancing our social media presence and engaging with our followers through exciting marketing campaigns and creative and compelling content!

You will be responsible for producing video on platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook as well as in charge of designing social media graphics and posts for our Content Marketing initiatives.

Aside from content creation, you will be creating marketing campaigns such as collaborations & events to create brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram & Facebook.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends for content
• Design eye-catching graphics, images, and visual assets for use in digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, email newsletters, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Digital content to identify areas for improvement and optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Qualification

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
• Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for video content and visual storytelling

• Assist the CEO and Director in responding to customer emails.
• Support sales by generating and following up on business leads.
• Identify potential clients and reach out with business proposals.
• Follow-up on inquiries via email and phone calls.

You will assist in overseeing the digital communication for internal and external marketing, support with website updates, digital platforms and email tools of the Club and carry out an active marketing plan that will support both the Marketing objectives of the Club.

Responsibilities

• Update the website with the latest news and events in the Club.
• Bring creative ideas for the Club’s social media platforms and having an eye for photography and short videos.
• Write, edit and proofread all Club’s articles, e.g. monthly magazine and weekly newsletter.
• Proactive in finding out the Club’s major events for the month and ensure they are covered in the Club magazine and online.
• Work closely with the Graphics team on the layout designs, colours, schedules and production of the magazine, other literature and brochures.

• Assist in the production of the Annual Report.

• Facilitate photography for major Club events.
• Organise promotional materials such as banners and notices.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing Communications / Digital Marketing with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity or creative role. Previous work experience in the hospitality industry and Club experience would be an added advantage
• Possess excellent command of English, proof reading and editing skills
• Competent in website design and maintenance
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
• Able to understand and interpret materials well
• Go-getter with an eye for detail and a meticulous mind, coupled with superb multi-tasking skills

· Responsible for handling all sales-related paperwork, including the creation, maintenance, and management of administrative documents. This includes processing sales orders, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate, and assisting the sales team in managing documentation requirements.

Prepare Shipping and Banking Documents:

· Manage the preparation and organization of all essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Handle the preparation of banking documents related to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and payment processing to ensure smooth and timely financial transactions.

· Collaborate closely with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules, coordinate shipments, and resolve any potential issues that may arise in transit.

· Maintain ongoing communication with banks, customers, and vendors regarding shipping schedules, payment terms, and any necessary documentation for international trade transactions.

Job Requirements :

· Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies

. Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in an International trading environment.

· Experience in preparation of shipping documents for import & export shipments
