You will be responsible for:

• Creating Social Media content
• Filming and editing videos and photos
• Answer customers’ enquiries from all forms of channels; Social Medias, WhatsApp, Google, Emails etc;
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails
• Generate reports and analysis
• Responsible for managing and growing our publicity and promotional platforms via various online, social and print media.
• Monitor and assist in reviews to ensure that the organization is reaching the correct audiences and achieving its communication goals.
• Website publicity and promotions.
• Assist in the review, development, setup, and maintenance of the website.
• Track and report trends analysis.

Our client is a joint law venture of foreign and local based firms.

• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Maintain the firm’s website and social media platforms by updating content and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client outreach.

Requirements:

• GCE A Level and above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
