Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Art Investment Sales Director with a proven track record in the art investment market. The ideal candidate will be accountable for generating millions in revenue through strategic sales initiatives across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This role requires a deep understanding of the art investmey market and alternative assets landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, galleries, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
- Lead, train and mentor a regional sales team, providing guidance,motivation, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to promote artworks and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies governing art sales and transactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior sales role within the art investment market with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the art investment market, including key players, trends, and pricing dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and lead a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven capability of leading and growing a Sales team
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions and internationally as needed.
