The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and creating interior spaces for clients using virtual design tools and software. The role involves working remotely to understand clients' design preferences, creating design plans and mood boards, selecting and recommending furnishings, materials, and color schemes, and providing virtual design consultations to clients. The Interior Designer must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in using virtual design tools and software, and have a fast PC with the necessary specifications to produce high-quality renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work remotely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements

• Create design plans and mood boards using virtual design tools and software

• Select and recommend furnishings, materials, and color schemes for interior spaces

• Provide virtual design consultations to clients and communicate design concepts effectively

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings for projects

• Ensure that all design plans are completed within agreed timelines and budget constraints

• Produce high-quality renders of interior designs using virtual design tools and software

• Keep up-to-date with current interior design trends, products, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with experience working remotely preferred

• Proficient in using virtual design tools and software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD & Enscape

• Experience producing high-quality renders of interior designs using virtual design tools and software

• Fast PC with the necessary specifications to produce high-quality renders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to clients

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and technology

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.

• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives

• Present designs and proposals to clients and manage project timelines and budgets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during the project

• Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Role Overview:

Additionally, you'll create graphic designs for our social media, newsletters, packaging, and in-store displays, ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces and experiences for our app, e-commerce, and backend applications, focusing on usability, simplicity, and innovation.
• Utilize Figma to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that align with our brand and customer needs.
• Develop graphic content for social media, newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
• Design packaging and in-store visual elements, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Work collaboratively with development and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience.
• Edit and produce video content to complement our digital marketing efforts and enhance user engagement.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine and optimize UI/UX designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly with Figma, and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills and visual design expertise.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of web and mobile app development processes and constraints.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
