We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding and Partnership Senior Manager / Team Lead to lead our efforts in brand development, strategic partnerships, and amplification through various channels including social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive our sponsorship initiatives, charity donations, and overall brand story.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Development:

•    Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, events, and initiatives that align with ECB’s brand and values.
•    Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational objectives.
•    Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering on partnership commitments.

2. Branding and Storytelling:

•    Develop and articulate ECB’s brand story, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications channels.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling brand messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
•    Continuously monitor market trends and consumer insights to refine and enhance the brand narrative and positioning.

3. Sponsorship Management:

•    Lead the identification and evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, with a focus on sports sponsorship, community events, and charitable initiatives.
•    Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of sponsorship activations to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
•    Manage sponsorship budgets, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.

4. Social Media Amplification:

•    Develop and implement social media strategies to amplify ECB’s brand presence and partnership activations in collaboration with the Social Media Team.
•    Work closely with the Content and Social Media Team to create engaging content and campaigns that leverage partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
•    Collaborate with the Social Media Team to monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize results.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (6-8 years) in branding, partnership management, and/or sponsorship activation within the financial services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of brand development principles, storytelling techniques, and marketing trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings, events, and activations.

What you will be working on

As a policy officer, you will spend your time:

• Analysing employment data and trends;

• Researching labour market developments;

• Conducting industry engagements to gather feedback and help support companies’ manpower needs;

• Developing manpower policies with a data-driven approach;

• Collaborating within and across public agencies to formulate policy and enable seamless execution of manpower initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Programme and project management: Oversee the development, administration, tracking, and reporting of IMDA’s ICT manpower development programmes/projects.
• Company and stakeholder engagement: Engage industry partners (e.g., industry associations, government agencies, and training partners) to create new job placement opportunities for Singaporeans and shape ICT manpower development proposals.
• Trainee management: Partner participating companies to recruit and onboard new trainees, manage trainee issues, track trainee progress, and monitor outcomes of trainees before/during/post project implementation.
• Other duties as assigned: As part of the larger Human Capital Cluster, you may be assigned to stretched projects/tasks as part of staff development and exposure to other areas of work within IMDA.

Requirements

• Background in business, tech, or HR disciplines.
• 3-5 years’ working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and programme management.
• Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
• Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with business/industry comms and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and effectively design integrated campaigns that drive results
• Support Deputy Director marcoms to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet programme targets and deliverables. (Includes print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships)
• Work closely within Comms & Marketing Division  to harmonise plans and ensure coherence in IMDA’s narratives and campaign messaging with intended audiences
• Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns, inform policies and initiatives, as well as nudge behavioural change
• Provide strategic counsel to managers and below to ensure that campaigns are aligned to IMDA’s strategic narrative
• Management of panels of vendors and service providers from the WOG approved contract framework

Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of working experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Background in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or related fields
• Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, including media, creative and digital agencies.
• Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and experienced in digital-led marcoms campaigns. Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven measurement of campaigns.
• Purpose-led and passionate to pursue best-in-class campaigns and work that drive results.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a strong usage of Microsoft excel for data analysis
• Experience in infocomm media related fields and media is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite
