Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital marketing efforts. The individual will be expected to bring a wealth of experience, analytical skills, and adaptability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving online trends. Flexibility and open-mindedness are key, as the role requires a proactive approach to exploring new strategies and technologies outside of traditional comfort zones.
Primary Objectives:
In the first three months, the incumbent should deeply understand the goals and projects of various business units and departments. By the end of the first year, the individual is expected to introduce new processes or tools that enhance data visualization, streamline processes, and help achieve departmental goals.

The perfect candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise and innovative thinking, coupled with the adaptability necessary to develop and execute strategies in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership qualities are essential to take the department to the next level.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Non-negotiable skills include experience in setting up and managing Google Analytics, creating dashboards with Looker's Data Studio, executing SEO initiatives, managing websites, and leading teams. Additionally, exposure to a variety of marketing tools and digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
Team Integration:
The new hire will join a team of independent individuals capable of managing their respective tasks. The candidate should demonstrate leadership that not only aligns with this dynamic but also elevates the team's performance and output.

Success in this role will be measured by positive feedback from various stakeholders and the ability to identify gaps and implement meaningful improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
- Collaborate with Japan HQ to plan, execute new enhancements, and maintain regional websites across 10 sales offices.
- Utilize Google Analytics to generate data-driven insights and develop action plans for improving customer journey.
- Execute SEO initiatives in collaboration with product managers and regional sales offices.
- Analyze maintenance and system bottlenecks with agencies, proposing improvements or automation of workflows to reduce workload and enhance page speed.
Ecommerce
- Partner with local market Ecommerce teams to analyze online performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales, conversion rate, and customer retention.
- Provide leadership and guidance to country Ecommerce teams, ensuring effective function.
Loyalty Marketing
- Collaborate with regional sales offices to develop loyalty programs, utilizing data, business insights, system capabilities, and customer feedback to drive traffic, sales conversion, and stronger affinity.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize Loyalty and Marketing systems and engagement journeys.
Media Planning
- Work closely with regional sales offices to develop digital marketing plans aligned with media and audience performance insights.
- Review post-campaign results, analyze digital plan effectiveness on onsite metrics, and make adjustments for future campaigns.
- Test new digital platforms to maximize market opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Brand websites, Ecommerce platforms, and Loyalty programs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Lookers Data Studio, and marketing tools like Conductor/SEMrush.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Site-core for brand website management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of team management experience
Working Arrangement:
• Hybrid work model (3 days WFH, 2 days in office). At times may need to be in office more days.
• Office hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Reports to: Head of Regional Marketing, with 3 direct reports.
