About the department
You will be part of Finance & Operations (F&O) at Novo Nordisk Regional Office in Singapore. Our team is dedicated to driving digitalization and analytics initiatives to support the Supply Chain strategy across the APAC region. The position

As an Analytics and Digitalization Manager, your main role is to bridge the gap between business needs and innovative technological solutions through agile collaboration with internal and external partners. You will drive process digitalization, create actionable insights, and improve the digital mindset across Region APAC in line with the Supply Chain strategy.

• Drive business intelligence efforts through the development and implementation of advanced BI strategies, integration of data sources for comprehensive performance metrics, and conversion of data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for BI utilization across the APAC region and prepare dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and other digitalization means for broader use across APAC.

Qualifications
