This position assists in maintaining accurate transaction records, processing transactions, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and providing administrative support to the temple.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and customer service as well as administrative support to the daily operation of Temple/Columbarium.
• Collect payments and issue invoices.
• Data entry and update system record.
• Assist in festival/celebration of Temple-related matters.
• Perform simple settlement of daily transactions.
• Perform general daily clerical duties.
• Ad-hoc duties are assigned as and when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level/ N-level/ SPM/ UEC or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Meticulous, well-organised and also a good team player.
• Strong ability to learn new skills/things.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

• Able to work over time for busy period (e.g like new product launch period and exhibition period)

• Manage inventory, communicate with internal and external clients.
• Operate equipment and perform daily level maintenance of equipment

• At least 1 year working experience
