• Board & Investment Committee Meetings: Prepare agenda material, take minutes and resolutions
• Bank & Brokerage Accounts: Open and maintain accounts, respond to bank queries, and prepare regular reviews
• Training: Organize training schedule for staff
• Administrative Support: provide support to the Directors and undertake other projects as assigned

Compliance: Manage new client onboarding and existing client reviews to ensure adherence to KYC/SOW-SOF regulations and guidelines; Manage AML/CFT review of transactional flows

Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to regulators and authorities regarding compliance, surveys, client reporting, etc.

Information Technology: Oversee outsourced IT provider, maintain file back-ups, and maintain websites

Requirements:

• Experience in Operations/Middle Office in the related financial services/asset management industry
• Degree in Business or Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Administration and Operations; relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance and Internal Audit will be a bonus
• Meticulous, accurate, and with attention to detail
• Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate client and product needs/issues
• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
• High sense of urgency and good time management to prioritize tasks
