Job Description:

This is a full role for an Safety Officer located in Seletar North Link. Our client dormitories services. You will take the responsibilities conducting site inspections and periodic safety audits to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks through thorough assessments and regular monitoring. Key responsibilities include organizing and delivering safety training sessions, such as toolbox meetings and emergency response drills, to ensure personnel are well-versed in safety protocols and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The Safety Officer will investigate accidents and near-misses, recommend preventive measures, and prepare detailed incident reports for management and authorities. Additionally, they will implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring these are updated in line with regulatory and policy changes, and liaise with bodies like the Ministry of Manpower to maintain compliance. The role also involves developing emergency response plans, maintaining accurate safety documentation, and fostering clear communication between management and workers to cultivate a strong safety culture.

Based in Singapore and travelling based on owner's flight schedule, you will provide prompt and attentive in-flight service to VIP passengers and pilots, while ensuring the safety and security of all passengers.

Your responsibilities extend to pre-flight and post-flight logistics and coordination, beyond the attributes of commercial flight attendant duties.

Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to the passengers’ in-flight needs including serving of food and beverages
• Maintain adequate supplies of food and beverages, magazines, toiletries and emergency equipment on board.
• Proactively make recommendations regarding food and drink selections according to passengers’ preferences and requests.
• Regularly monitor passenger and crew areas are clean and organized
• Ensure that all passengers adhere to the safety standards and demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment
• Make announcements as directed and needed for the passengers
• Direct passengers and cabin crew in case of an emergency. Coordinate first aid efforts, when needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5++ years of in-flight cabin service with top airlines, preferably with private jet experience
• Detail-oriented, anticipatory thinking, problem-solving skills and flexibility with high integrity
• Strong customer-focused to ensure the well-being of passengers are taken care of with outstanding service level
• Adaptable to flexible schedule/s, either permanent or rotational
• Fluency in English, mandarin (preferred), Bahasa Indonesia (added advantage)
