Job Position

Clinical and Practicum Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Assists Clinical and Academic Director
• Support Practicum Administration
• Manage Short Courses

· Secure and administer Practicum Sites placements and clinical supervisors for enrolled students

· Attend to and resolve students’ practicum and clinical supervision-related concerns and feedback

· Track, monitor and verify documentation submissions

· Support Clinical and Academic Director

Requirements

· Good command of the English language

· Excellent spoken and written communication

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

· Highly motivated with good initiatives

· Work independently

· Certificate in Counselling is an advantage

Job Description:

• Reviewing and analyzing occurrences and raising alert to management for adverse event.
• Receiving and logging Hospital Occurrence Reports
• Preparing summary and annual reports of the department.
• Assisting and coordinating in investigation and handling feedbacks relating to clinical issues.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing
