Responsibilities:
• Devise, execute, and oversee effective marketing strategies, KPIs, and work plans aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze current market trends, and conditions to meet clients’ healthcare needs and service expectations.
• Introduce services and forge new relationships with doctors and partners to generate fresh leads through local and regional marketing activities and networking.
• Manage and uphold long-term relationships with local and regional doctors and partners through overseas marketing trips, courtesy visits, and events to enhance referrals.
• Foster patient loyalty and advocacy through continual engagement to stimulate word-of-mouth referrals.
• Aid in handling incoming inquiries and appointment bookings received via email, call, and Whatsapp, and liaise with clinics, doctors, and patients.
• Supervise marketing inventory and assist clinics with collateral orders.
• Propose a media plan for digital marketing and media placements and collaborate on design artwork, write-ups, and partner collaborations.
• Organize marketing events and projects and compile post-event reports.
• Prepare marketing reports and analyze marketing performance regularly, supporting other ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in marketing/business or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare/sales would be advantageous.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Highly motivated, energetic, results-oriented, independent, with a strong business sense.
