Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in the data centre sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products or services to data centre owners or operators. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the data centre sector in SEA market.

· Identify and target potential customers, including data centre owners, operators, tenants, etc.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations.

· Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

· Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field.

· 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on selling to data centre owners or operators.

· Strong understanding of the data centre industry and its key players.

· Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently..

Preferred:

· Experience working with data centre technologies or infrastructure.

· Familiarity with DCIM, Data centre software, or energy-efficient solutions for data centres.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives.

1. Formulates and proposes to the higher-level echelon marketing and communication strategies, both offline and online, in line with the company’s overall corporate strategy
2. Delivers content consistent with approved marketing strategies at a fashion that is accurate, professional, and timely
3. Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
4. Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
5. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
6. Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
7. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
8. Works with the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
9. Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
10. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
