JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaigns & E-commerce Activities: Plan, manage, and execute monthly promotions and e-commerce activities to drive sales and profitability to brand website.
- Account Management: Handling the brand's Shopify accounts, maintain relationships with key partners and alliances, negotiate deals, and identify strategic partnerships.
- Order Processing & Logistics: Oversee daily order processing, monitor fulfilment progress, ensure accurate order fulfilment via pickup or delivery, and coordinate processing, delivery, and returns.
- Content Management: Create and maintain accurate e-commerce content, collaborate on promotional materials and EDM with the design team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis for insights, optimize campaign performance, and present market trends through active research.
- Digital Marketing: Plan in implementing and manage digital campaigns, oversee sales, promotions, and social media activities.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize customer database for sales promotion, implement retention and loyalty programs.
- Technology & Infrastructure: Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of e-commerce technology and infrastructure.
- Ensures seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
- Coordinate with cross- functional teams on execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties required.
- Must have the ability to handle and manage Shopify and Shopify+ accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably at least a bachelor’s degree in business, E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to handle Shopify accounts and leverage its features for business growth.
- Self-motivated, driven, fast learner, able to work independently.
- Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights to drive sales.
- Good time management.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for the digital and e-commerce environment.
- Independent worker and results driven.
