As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing ROI through strategic Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns aimed at reaching our target audience and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives.

6. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing to improve results continuously.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Google Ads and other digital marketing channels.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
9. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
10. Stay informed about the latest developments in reverse logistics and incorporate relevant industry insights into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results and maximizing ROI.
3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, and targeting options.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate complex ideas effectively.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving innovation in digital marketing strategies.
9. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Description:

• In charge of the preparation of entities’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SFRS, Corporate tax, Charity and IPC specific reporting obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required
• Able to work within tight deadlines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and/or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience with full set accounting and preferably with audit/tax background.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
