Scope of Role:

Sales Leadership

As the Sales Senior Manager or Director, you will play a critical role in leading the sales strategy and execution for Zodia Custody in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by:

. Industry Knowledge

• Expertise in Digital Assets: In-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, tokenisation, and the role of custodians in the digital asset ecosystem. Strong background in selling digital asset solutions or financial services products.
• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, including MAS requirements, PSA, and AML compliance.
• Custody and Security Expertise: Familiarity with custodial solutions, cold storage, multi-signature wallets, and other security technologies in the digital asset space.

2. Sales Skills

• 7+ years of experience in sales roles within digital assets or financial services, with minimum of 2 years within Crypto industry in any capacity

This role focuses on partnership development and harness opportunities to drive new initiatives with our biggest enterprise clients in FMCG and agency partners (i.e. Media, PR, Digital and Creative) and growing our business volume with them.

You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Commercial Solutions Development teams to create new ways of working with our agency partners to grow revenue for our portfolio of advertising products and services.

Your role:

• You must have extensive network of agency contacts and years of account servicing or sales experience working for/with agencies
• Nurture strong agency relationships to discover new ad revenue streams

The Sales Director is accountable for the management, preservation, and growth of Smiths Detection business in the region including all sales and Customer Relationship Management in the North Asia market, positioning Smiths Detection as the market leading provider of choice across all market segments. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineering Director to lead our team of sales engineers across the APAC region (8-10 team members). The person will be responsible for managing all facets of the sales engineering function.  These include leading the most important sales cycles, ensuring technical plus professional excellence along with the recruiting, development and leadership of a team of Sales Engineers.

In this role, you will drive the technical sales process, ensuring our sales engineers deliver exceptional support and demonstrate the value of our SaaS business intelligence solutions to prospective clients.
