Meet group coordinators prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Read and analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements. Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure attire and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Job Scope

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, ASEAN and working closely with the local sales team

• Coordinate Marketing Programs comprising of direct mail, email, e-Newsletters, executive events, telemarketing, content syndication, LinkedIn etc.

• Drive execution with outsourced marketing agencies and partners to ensure the execution of integrated marketing programs are smooth

• Assist in running campaign performance reports for post analysis and evaluation on all programs and quarterly business reviews

• Collaborate with APAC marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, procurement, sales teams and partners to roll out various marketing campaigns according to the global marketing guideline and local business strategy

• Support financial management, including processing quotations and invoicing

• Establish and manage relationship with strategic alliance partners

• Collaborate with team members to support non-demand generation activities for Country market presence and objectives through PR, social media and customer advocacy

• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Mission of the role: Work with the Channel Sales Manager to implement channel sales strategy, run data analysis, as well as communicate with channel sales partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales pipeline by generating new leads, secure meetings and cold calls to qualify and convert them into new channel sales partners for the company's affiliate program

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or higher
• At least three (3) years of experience in sales where you managed sales and carried sales targets
• Proven track record in hitting and even exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process
• Demonstrated experience in generating new business leads through phone calls, online meetings, web inquires, webinars and social platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – including presenting and reporting. You will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with the channel sales partners from the USA
• Effective sales partnership management, excellent negotiation and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and graphs from data
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and work across different time zones

• A good understanding of internet-based sales / digital marketing will be advantageous
• Experience managing a sales affiliate program will be a plus

This role requires you to plan work in both the US and Singapore time zones. Working from home partially during US time zones will be necessary

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing or related field of study from a recognised institution
• Min 2-5 years relevant corporate communications / marcomms experience preferably from the healthcare sector
• Prior 1-2 years of work experience handling fundraising management scope in the healthcare or social services setting
