What a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy does at Visa:
The Senior Manager role in the Asia Pacific (AP) Corporate Strategy Team plays a key role in supporting delivery of key strategic initiatives across the region. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any quantitative fields preferred in reputable universities.
• Should have at least 2 years of managerial &/or senior coordinator experience in relevant industries like medical aesthetics, healthcare or wellness.
• Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
• Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
• Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
• Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
• Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, corporate secretaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to fortify professional relationships and ensure compliance.
• Liaison with directors and assist to initiate, monitor and implement new corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development of Automation Equipment Programs & Solutions for the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device market segment in line with set Yearly Revenue & GM targets
• Provide excellent Customers Fulfillment & Satisfaction, Quality and Cost goals through your leadership of a team of Design Engineers, Project & Product Engineers and Site Engineers (Matrix Managment) including regular updates of the pipelines
• Develop a Sales Strategy Plan for business expansion and penetration into these market segment through cultivation and development of industry contacts and building up potential pipelines/prospects to achieve set Revenue and Margin goals
• Attend to Request for Quote (RFQ) process, from obtaining the BOM and to propose a quotation for Management review for the timely submission to customer to Win the prospects
• To establish rapport, relationships & excellent communications with customers and providing excellent customers satisfaction while updating & influencing Senior Management within the company

Requirements:

• Min 3 years sales experience servicing the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device manufacturing industries
• Possess knowledge or past experiences in industrial automation, robotics, vision systems, IIoT, assembly, automation technology, and test process automation solutions
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Words and Power point
• Regional travelling is expected
