Purpose: The Brand and Creative Design Intern supports the B-Team and wider Ad Sales team, in both APAC and EMEA, with the presentation design of strategic PowerPoint pitch documents, research and design mocks for pitches.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Support Sales and Brand strategy team in creating visual presentations for external and internal stakeholders
• Respond to briefs with bespoke, strategic digital or TV content solutions, through research, concept development and deck support.
• Support the Content and Design teams with the development of design mocks for pitches
• Develop new creative ideas for digital, TV and social audiences for our brand partners.
• Keep up-to-date with industry and technological advancements particularly in digital advertising/targeting and events and evolve client pitch and presentation process

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop attractive visual content for emailer campaigns and ads for all brands
• Develop & manage attractive campaigns & manage promotional collaterals to boost sales, as well as drive traffic to website and social media platforms
• Assist with menu changes and design updates
  developing a compelling and engaging social media content calendar for the Group’s social media platforms, as well as exploring other potential platforms for greater online engagement and visibility.
• Monitor and collate data of all digital marketing platforms (social media and websites Google Analytics) i.e. number of impressions, unique visits, number of followers, link clicks, weekly sales, etc.
• Identify digital marketing trends and market activities
• Support the maintenance & updates of all marketing design collateral, in-house website platforms & eCommerce platforms e.g. Website, Chope, Oddle, etc
• Update website copy and promotional design collateral
• Organize and participate in Quarterly Promotions meetings and action plan post-meeting
• Other related tasks as and when assigned

• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences for their home renovation projects
• Create and present design proposals that align with the client's vision and budget
• Collaborate with our interior design team to develop innovative and functional designs
• Provide accurate pricing and timelines for the project
• Negotiate and close sales contracts
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the home renovation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Assist in streamlining various social media platforms

- Create & manage paid social media advertisements (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads etc.)

- Copywriting & curate content creation for all interior design marketing collaterals

- Track, monitor & understand for a positive marketing ROI through insights & analytics

- Work closely with sales designers to develop relevant communication to drive company’s growth

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of working experience in related/relevant field

- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

* Experience in Paid Digital Social Media Advertising

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in Wordpress is an advantage

- Content Creation - Experience in Capcut, Canva or Adobe Illustrator (an advantage)
