Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Content and Marketing team to produce educational, informative and entertaining output in the form of infographics, illustrations and animated videos.
- Support Video projects with motion graphics and editing to produce live action videos.
- Work with the Performance Marketing team to create campaign creatives in the form of banners, landing page designs, social ads, which may be static or animated.
- Support the Product Experience team with creating relevant and delightful illustrations and motion graphics in the context of a responsive web environment
- Develop a habit of testing your designs and ideas with the team, gathering feedback and data from campaigns, social media performance and other means to justify brand direction and stylistic explorations.

- You must know your 12 Principles of Animation. You must have had a decent foundation in Animation (being self-taught counts), and it should show in your portfolio work.
- You have a knack for storytelling. The best way to create something that someone cares about is to wrap it in a story. You can make anything interesting and engaging, or you love the challenge of doing so.
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in motion design and digital marketing or social media design in an agency, in-house design team or freelance experience.
- Strong visual portfolio with motion design, documentation from concept to delivery is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator. Ability in the rest of the Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Experience in creating motion graphics for responsive Web or App environments is a plus.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
