Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the business objectives of both premium retail and marketing expansion divisions.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies and investments as needed to maximize ROI.
• Drive synergy across marketing initiatives to maximize brand impact and investment efficiency.
• Identify emerging market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and innovation. Implement innovative campaigns that engage consumers and drive brand loyalty across multiple channels.

Requirements/ skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a premium retail or marketing expansion environment.
• Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns, managing large teams, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
