The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for developing and executing a strategic plan to significantly grow the business, delivering the outcomes while achieving the company's overall objectives.
• Drive continuous initiatives across the operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop, plan and manage the annual and monthly budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and cash flow.
• Demonstrate skills at negotiating business deals including business and operation collaboration.
• Lead internal and external meetings, offer know-how insights, observations and suggestions; establish credibility; encourage and motivate others to communicate ideas.
• Ensure all operations follow to local, regional, and international regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Build a positive and sustainable relationship with internal and external stakeholders to grow the technical capabilities and apply the state-of-the-art technology.
Qualification & Requirements:
• A good degree in Computer Technology, Business/Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management or other relevant field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant working experiences in a senior management position, preferably in Business development/management/administration, Project Management for IT Solutions or Services or related areas.
• Practical experience in planning, and implementing, scaling up ideas/solutions.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated track record of work on issues related to technologies and business development.
• Strong set of personal values including integrity, honesty and service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop the IT and non-IT team, including people from different time zones, backgrounds and culture.
• Self-motivated individual and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment with competing demands for resources.
