General Position Overview

Our Online Business Manager will be required to drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams to ensure all digital spend delivers effective ROAS whilst maintaining high brand standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify additional needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
4. Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
5. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
6. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
7. Ability to travel across the region as required.

2. Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce short-form video content aligned with marketing objectives.

4. Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of clients from the Greater China region.
5. Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu), and 微信公众号 (WeChat Official Account)
6. Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles to enhance online visibility and campaign performance.
