The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing activities to create, communicate, deliver, and exchange offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and other stakeholders that the company considers as important to achieve business goals. Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of all the outlets.

- Assist in promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.

- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target

- Source for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.

- Assist in marketing tasks such as Brand and Awareness, building relationship with our key customers.

- Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

-Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.

Responsibility:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- To provide customers with professional advice and recommend items that match customer needs

- To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.

-Responsible for salesgirls team management, performance appraisal, commission coordination, personnel transfer and other arrangements；

Requirements:

-Must have at least 3 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude
