THE ROLE
The role is for an experienced Content and Marketing Manager to join our team full-time permanent role.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivery of all digital marketing activities across NRF: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific. You’ll ideally be an experienced B2B digital marketer with skills and exposure across a spectrum of digital marketing including web content delivery and management, email marketing, online video, social media and trade media campaigns.
1. Content Programming – working alongside the Managing Director, Event Director and the Sales Leads you will be managing speaker research, outreach and acquisition from speakers and partners to produce event programs and content marketing materials.
2. Speaker management – a core part of the role is preparing speaker contracts, preparing speakers and managing speakers through the entire process, from onboarding to execution.
3. Networking & Partnerships – attending industry events and meetings with agencies, publishers, technology providers and brands to create opportunities for participating/speaking at the events. This role will involve establishing mutually beneficial association and media partnerships to enhance exposure of the events.
4. Creative Direction – working with the head of marketing to developing content for digital marketing primarily across web, email and social media, and managing content production schedules in alignment with annual event schedule. Maintaining fresh communications to deliver targeted event messaging to identified segments.
5. Onsite Assistance – attending the events and assisting the marketing, sales and content teams in delivering exceptional delegate experiences.
6. Support MD on managing the Advisory Board and any data gathered through Advisory Board interactions

· Building and scheduling EDM sends including campaign setup, testing & deployment
· Development and management of paid and social media activity (LinkedIn led)
