Your Role:

We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven Sales Executive to expand the clients base.

What Will You Do:

• To develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• To act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring loan and disbursement process are smooth and succesful.
• To hit and exceed sales target.

What Do You Need:

• At least a GCE 'N' or 'O' or 'A' level.
• Result oriented and sales-driven to hit targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and expand clientele base, key accounts and maintain good working relationship with customers
• Achieve monthly sales target set and commission payable upon achieving sales target
• Organise and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers
• Respond to customers' queries, requests, conduct site checks and provide quotations
• Process and follow-up with confirmed work order progress
• Liaise closely with internal sales team to assist customers in resolving post sales issues
• Handle and manage payment collections
• Participate in developing business growth and marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable with conducting checks and visits at renovation and project sites
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, results driven and proactive to source new customers
• Responsible, independent and a strong team player
• Prior experience in Construction trade preferred
• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing for Powder Coating, PVDF coating, cladding for aluminium facade products
• Must possess Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle
• Preferably available within short notice
