Job Description

• Conceptualise, plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns using key channels value adding to campaign objectives.
• Identify and brainstorm engaging content opportunities through identifying trends, competitions, and market demands.
• Ownership of campaign performance, KPI and reporting with goal driving marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating with brand/sales/marketing teams to develop effective acquisition and activation campaigns.
• Manage advertising spend/internal marketing resources and improve performance based on data driven insights.
• Operate & optimize marketing channels to traffic sales performance.
• Perform end-to-end marketing operations using qoo10 administrative systems, analytics dashboard, and external channels.
• Copywriting/creatives delivered in line with brand and campaign unique selling proposition (USP).

Required Skill(s)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/business management.
• 2-4 years’ experience in marketing role (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing or Campaign Marketing).
• Detailed, motivated, creative and highly adaptable to the rapid changing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and data driven decision making mind-set.
• Able to think strategically and perform strong end-to-end execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
• Good track record in social media/search campaigns will be a plus.
• Strong interest in online business and shopping (e-commerce).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Company services to healthcare providers and clinics.

Job Summary:

The Sales Operation Executive is responsible for sourcing and managing a team of promoters, ensuring effective merchandising, maintaining relationships with retailers, exploring new sales channels, and supporting special events and atrium sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Source for Potential Promoters and Build a Strong Sales Team:

· Identify, recruit, and train potential promoters to build a competent sales team.

2. Merchandising:

· Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
