Job Description:-
- 10 to 12 years of overall experience in Oracle Apps with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementation/rollout projects covering Fusion SCM Cloud, primarily in the Supply Chain Planning or Order Management product areas. Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules will be preferred.
- Supply Chain Planning expertise includes the following modules: Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Backlog Management, S&OP and Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Order Management expertise includes the following modules: Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Configurator and Channel Revenue Management.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
- Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting experience is required.
- Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Data Migrations with due process adherence.
- Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferable
