Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and Admin Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatize our business.

Responsibilities:

Operation

· Monitor and daily report on supplier performance

· Produce operational statistics

· Process payments to suppliers

Finance

· Responsible for the full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting for worldwide business

· Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation

· Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately

· Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns

· Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents

· Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Admim Functions

· Responsible for the full spectrum of Admin function

· Responsible for payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters

· Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation

· Process Visa for employees

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or equivalent or interested in such area

· Better possess knowledge of GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

· Self-motivated, well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

· Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese-speaking vendors and suppliers

• Ensure the suite of marketing collateral is current, optimised and well-constructed. Use own initiative to suggest updates and follow through on delivery.
• Conceive and activate campaigns and promotional materials
• Continually enhancing their website presence across the five Asia Pacific websites
• Review and edit PowerPoint presentations sent through by supported product lines for marketing review and coordinating reviews with various stakeholders
• Seek out and activate content leads for LinkedIn and Trending Topics
• Act as a brand guardian for the Asia teams – respond to branding requests and help guide the team on brand compliance.
• Contribute Asia content to the quarterly internal Capacity newsletter. Also post regularly on Liberty’s employee engagement site (Communities) to profile initiatives taking place across the Asia Teams
• Act as a champion for Liberty’s marketing technology tools such as Ceros, Pigeonhole and Allego
• Procure and handle the distribution of merchandise for the Asia region.
• Respond to Risk & Governance requests for the Asia region.

· Responsible for conducting an independent and objective assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of system of controls, in relation to the following:

· To ascertain the integrity and reliability of statutory financial statements prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (“SFRSs”)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client onboarding or periodic review
• Work, coordinate and liaise across businesses and compliance units for timely completion of account onboarding and periodic review
• Follow thoroughly the CDD and KYC review with relevant parties e.g. external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collection of KYC and relevant documents including tax information/documents and ensure clients are onboarded or account information are refreshed/updated in accordance with the company’s AML/KYC standards
