Provide technical support to the Front Offices:
- Provide technical solutions to difficulties faced by operators/customers/Front Offices
- Perform visits to prominent operators/customers for technical reviews
- Analyse and issue Technical Agreements to keep engines in service
- Analyse downloaded engine data and parameters as required
- Present SAFRAN Helicopter Engines (HE) products and services during Symposiums and Customer Councils

Ensure product safety, reliability and improvement through the following activities:
- Lead investigations for in-service events
- Gather and analyse return of experience from the field and conduct investigations as required
- Review Health Monitoring Data for operators/customers under contract
- Perform ad-hoc customer visits to as part of crisis management

Support the SAFRAN HE business requirements:
- Lead cost optimization projects
- Participate in digitalisation projects
- Involve in contracts and program management review between Corporate and FO

- Travel between 4 to 10 times annually

Requirements:

- Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- More than 5 years' experience in technical support, customer facing or MRO roles
- Good working knowledge in Gas Turbine Engines and/or Helicopter Systems
- Ability to work in a multi-project and cultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and in a team setting
- Proven track record for resolution of engineering issues
- Confident to present in front of an audience or customers
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications

Our company is recruiting for a Sales and Field Application Engineer to serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot and repair complex PLC systems in the machine.

· Responsible for carrying out general maintenance work and general electrical repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment in the company and customer site.

· Provide sales speech to the customer on the technology and services offering.

· Maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment to sales and management.

· Attend to enquiry on project works, opportunities and provide quotations accordingly to customers.

· Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.

· Perform project management and customer site duties as assigned.

· Willingness to attend in-house or external technical training to improve skill set provided by the company.

· Proactively look for business expansion opportunities and new customer for the company.

· Maintain the inventory and stock count in the warehouse. Packaging and arranging of the goods for delivery to the customer.

Requisite Criteria & Skills

· Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with 1-year experience.

· Coordinate projects with different vendor and clients to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Able to generate additional sales and get new customer for the business.

· Good in troubleshooting and repair of PLC assemblies. Knowledge in electrical PLC circuits and PLC programming.

· Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment.

· Need to travel within the Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily responsibilities include enquiry generation, offer preparation, order follow up and customer interaction for smooth order completion
• To expand our existing customer base and improve market share
• To cold-call and follow up actively to promote our services to the relevant industries / clients and secure more jobs / projects to meet the department's revenue / profit target
• Maintain company’s Website and Extend digital reach to relevant pool of customers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by In Charge.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing / Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have initiative and customer oriented. Good work attitude and trustworthy.
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication.
• With background in Precision Engineering / Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) / Surface treatment preferred.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Corporate or equivalent is also welcome
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
• Class 3 driving licence.
