Job Description

• Identify and recommend the best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Identify any deviation, weakness, or significant change in organization, and risk control measures and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct In-House Training Program, and other safety-related activities.
• Perform safety audits and inspections of the Company’s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
• Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO45001, Bizsafe Partner/ Bizsafe Star certificates.

Requirements

1. Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer.

2. Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).

3.Degree holder in any Engineering Discipline/ Building/ Safety or its equivalent with 7 years of relevant working experience.

4. Diploma holder in any Engineering Discipline/ Building/ Safety or its equivalent with 10 years of relevant working experience.

5. Applicant with FSM Certificate is an added advantage.

Job Description:

The laboratory Officer plays an important role in supporting the adaptive robotics and mechatronics group. You will work with a diverse team of scientists, engineers and technicians to conduct experiments, analyze data as well as ensure the smooth and safe operations of the laboratory to support the research and development activities of the group. This role requires a keen attention to details, strong organizational skills, and a passion for engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up of experiments to aid in the execution of project including data collection, processing and analysis where needed.
• Carry out experimental procedures while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Upkeep of the lab, maintenance of the equipment and management of the assets and inventory in the lab

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• No prior professional experience required
• Competent with interpreting and producing engineering drawings with the use of software tools e.g. altium, solidworks
• Good grasps with the basics of design of experiments (DOE)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar will be beneficial
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and areas, with a proactive approach to skill development.
• Willingness to work alongside scientists, engineers and technicians, contributing positively to team dynamics and learning from experienced professionals.

Salary: $3000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial

About the Team

IT Operation team is responsible for maintaining, monitoring and managing day to day system operations, technology and infrastructure of the company. The team comprised of IT professionals from different functional and technical background. The goal is to provide high quality IT support service to end users in Pan Asia and maintain the availability of mission critical business application.

Summary

We are looking for a pro-active candidate to provide support for front and middle office applications. They are responsible for ensuring business continuity for the applications so that the users are able to carry out their day-to day tasks within their business function. The candidate will be required to work on shift hours including public holidays and beyond office hours where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational and production support tasks for front and middle office applications (i.e., system health checks and monitoring) and new business requirements
• Proactively action on queries from all the stakeholders including Front Office user, user from operations and corporate function
• Responsible for resolving incidents reported on Front Office/Middle Office applications, within the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe
• Communicate regularly with business users on technology events and issues, and update progress on issue resolution
• Organise and drive regular application & infrastructure vendor management meeting to monitor their service level and reflect user expectation
• Ensure the team is aligned to ITIL standard, including incident, problem and change management
• Discover and escalate risk issues to corresponding department in a timely manner
• Ensure the team is compliant to IT Policies and Procedures and update the contents when necessary
• Ensure all the operational procedure, troubleshooting guideline and user FAQs are all documented and regularly updated
• Drive regular knowledge sharing session with different teams to ensure domain functional and technology knowledge are up to date
• Participate in business continuity planning, including BCP drill with business users
• Generate regular KPI reporting to management team

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IT support experience within the financial services industry.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience in the Fixed Income field
• Support knowledge on Murex is a must
• Preferably with prior support knowledge/experience on ION and Bloomberg in Fixed Income
• Solid knowledge of Fixed Income products and the underlying trade life cycle
• Well informed on operational and regulatory risk
• Good general IT skills including Microsoft office (particularly Excel with Macro)
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to deliver clear and concise message to senior audience under highly stressed situation
• Good work task prioritisation skill to support mission critical business flow and system
• Possesses real-time decision-making ability
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
