• Prepare site Risk Assessment, Safe Work Method Statement and Safe Working Procedure to customers.

• Attend to all issues on operators and helpers.
  Plan group training to all helpers on pump handling and operating procedures.
• Conduct and attend worker disciplinary matters.
• Attend to customers’ orders.
• Plan and deploy workers schedules based on sales orders.
• Plan and deploy towing details.
• Check and approve all workers timecards and submit to HR to process payroll.
• Oversees whole operation teams assigned to customer’s site.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

waterproofing material and cleaning the

surfaces properly

• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
