Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. Dezign Format is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality, health, safety and environmental standards within the company. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with our quality standards. You will work closely with production, procurement, and project management teams to implement and uphold quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and update the team on the latest quality policies and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the quality assurance programme and conduct regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures

Key Responsibilities

 To lead the team of HSE Coordinators and HSE Supervisors on site.

 Provide advice in all aspects of safety to the Project Team.

 Monitor HSE compliance in accordance to local legislations and ISG standards at site for all work activities.

 Ensure Fire Safety on site by conducting comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment and cascading of evacuation procedures during EHS induction and Mass Tool Box Sessions.

 Assist and advise Project Team and Trade contractors in the conductance of relevant Risk Assessments and drafting Method Statements.

 Review or assist in the review with the project manager/construction manager or trade contractor managers/ engineers on all RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).

 Record checks (through monthly inspection) and firefighting equipment.

 Ensure relevant safety signage within the project area.

 Ensure site safety notice boards are updated with current information.

 Participate and assist in HSE audits and produce audit reports and follow up on any actions required

 Completing and compiling daily site report for distribution to ISG site staff

 Communicating safety performance to the project team on site
