Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Post-diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Professional certification such as GHG Accounting Lead Verifier/ GHG Professional/ LEED AP/ GMAP/ GMAAP/ GRI Certified Sustainability Professional/ FSA Credential Level I and Level II etc. is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in green building consulting or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of carbon accounting, reporting, verification aligned to international framework and standard (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-3, BS EN 15978).

Job Description:

The support consultant is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of the financial modules within the SAP system. The primary areas of focus include Accounts Payable, Procurement to Pay, payment instruction to bank, bank statement processing, treasury, vendor business partner management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration and implementation of the SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Treasury, etc.

2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate configuration settings within the SAP FICO system.

3. Perform comprehensive testing of the configured FICO modules to ensure accuracy and functionality.

4. Provide support and troubleshooting for Accounts Payable-related issues, such as vendor master data maintenance, invoice processing, and payment processing.

5. Responsible in the Procurement to Pay process, from purchase requisition, purchase order, invoice management to bank payment.

6. Work with bank solution to implement SAP Treasury related functions or payment interfaces.

7. Set up and maintain the bank statement processing functionality, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of bank transactions.

8. Troubleshooting experience on the bank payment instruction process, ensuring compliance with financial institution requirements.

9. Manage the vendor business partner lifecycle, including vendor creation, maintenance, and performance evaluation.

10. Develop and generate financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, business analysts, and end-users, to address FICO-related issues and provide training.

12. Participate in project planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

13. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, patches, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business IT.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

• Proven expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules, including Accounts Payable, Procurement to Pay, bank statement processing, bank payment instruction, treasury, and vendor business partner management.

• Have global SAP implementation experience on FICO and Treasury.

• Support experience on Kyriba Treasury functions will be added advantage.

You are responsible for handling inbound leads coming directly to our website (85%) while also hunting for outbound prospects by yourself (15%). As a trusted advisor to the clients, you will play a fundamental role in helping the clients achieve their goals whilst ensuring a smooth sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-sales process via various channels: calls, emails, chat, etc;
• Introduce Propseller’s services and value proposition in a pitch to potential clients;
• Understanding the client's needs and providing thorough advice about the property market, regulations, and transaction steps (you’ll get intensive training);
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads who have contacted us via our website, or other channels into Sales Qualified Leads who will meet one of our Real Estate Consultants;
• Drive high activity volumes - make 40+ calls daily;
• Lead demand generation initiatives from ideation to execution;
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism;
• Drive Propseller growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones;
• Propose, launch and deliver commercial and operational projects.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:Bachelors’ degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, sales support or real estate OR
  Diploma degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales support, or real estate
  
• Business proficiency in English (Fluency in other SEA languages is a plus)
• Exceptional poise and presence over the phone
• The drive to maintain 40+ calls per day
• High level of client centricity: ability to manage multiple clients while exceeding client expectations
• Comfortable with using sales tools, technologies and systems
• Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate Experience or License

Compensation

$3,500-$5,000 OTE (On-Target-Earnings i.e. base salary with monthly bonus) + stock options
