As a Process and Digital Consultant, you will identify the areas of process improvement and drive digital topics, along with supporting the organization in identifying the system or process issues and consulting on the solutions end-to-end on a daily basis.

You will:

• Discuss with business users, customers and identify the pain points and provide solutions - SAP, Digital, or PowerBI.
• Conduct workshops and continuously improve the Business processes.
• You will also be required to support Data driven initiatives, S/4 Rollout projects and other digital projects as and when require.
• Identify the opportunity of new digital solutions and market trends.
• Ensure you understand the market trends and business targets and bring ideas and solutions.
• Define KPIs, build Dashboards and reports with Celonis, Power-BI etc. for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar.
• Minimum 6 years of Experience in SAP consulting.
• Deep Knowledge in any one of the Process Areas: Order-to-Cash, Source-to-pay and logistics.
• Strong knowledge in Data analytics tool by Power-Bi, Red-Lake and Celonis.
• Knowledge about new digital trends & motivation to learn.
• Good project management skills with experience in PM Tools.
• Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment.
• Strong presentation and coordination skill.
• Very good language skills in English.
• Key strength require for this role is to identify the Process improvement areas and execution of the improvement.

• Be responsible and accountable for sales targets by meeting sales target within agreed timeline
• Abide to the Company’s internal work processes & documentation
• Provide market feedback on product improvement to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

To support our efforts in Singapore, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be working closely with our Growth team to scale our paid channels and drive efficiencies across our ad platforms for Asia. Ideally, you’ll be someone who loves everything about ads and enjoys playing an active role in the execution of campaigns. Analyzing data is your daily escape and recommending and implementing next action steps will be a key component in your day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and Implement campaigns and ads across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Line Ads, KOLs, partner media, affiliates and other channels as required.
• Perform search query analysis by identifying trends and opportunity keywords, and structure the accounts for efficient keyword bids.
• You’re an expert in landing page optimization, and understand how to optimize for quality and relevance scores based on ad platform algorithms.
• You’re up-to-date on latest ad platform changes and machine learning upgrades, and are able to structure the ad campaigns in a manner that improves performance in accordance with these changes.
• You understand ad platform best practices like naming conventions, tracking, audience and keyword inclusions/exclusions, creative asset optimisations, bidding strategies, and are able to set them up seamlessly in an independent manner.
• Able to manage an agency and/or eventually train a small in-house team based across Asia.
• Ideate non-BAU theme, tactical and/or seasonal campaigns alongside local creative teams and brand team.

Your Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Performance Marketing or similar roles in Digital and performance marketing.
• A degree in a discipline relevant to this position such as marketing, digital and e-commerce.
• A deep understanding of the marketing, digital and e-commerce world.
• You understand how ad platform tracking pixels work and are able to work with tech on correct implementation.
• You’re a team player and are comfortable working with cross-functional colleagues in brand, creatives and tech.
• You are also highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
• You’re able to communicate effectively in English

Your Skills

• You’re an expert in Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads
• You’re up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in performance marketing and very experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad platform algorithms/functionalities
• You’re a Google apps expert (Google sheets, slides, doc, etc)
• Photoshop and image/video editing skills is a plus
