Job Description
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the office manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Provide administrative support of purchase and sales (PO/Sales Orders).
- To answer calls from customers for sales queries.
- Maintain Backorder list from Vendors and Customers.
- Liaise with logistic team in shipment booking, creating packing list and monitor shipment arrivals.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level/"O" Level/Diploma/Degree.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Computer literate.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Responsible and supportive with a high level of integrity.
- Positive Attitude, independent, meticulous, independent and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
