• Manage sales administrative processes efficiently to provide timely and high-quality services to satisfy customers’ needs.

4. Key Result Areas: Working with Management Team

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the General Manager/Managing Director.
• Provide performance feedback and contribute to sales and marketing strategy development.
• Drive debt collection efforts in collaboration with colleagues from Finance.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the management.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in industrial sales.
• At least 3-5 years experience in leading a sales team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
