Job Description & Requirements

[Branding, Digital Marketing, and Media Buying]

- Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);

- Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;

- Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers.

[Social Media Content Management]

- Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;

- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.

- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to maintain branding consistency;

- Provide tracking, analysis, insights of various platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;

Requirements

- Minimum Degree qualification

- Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing;

- Familiar with various social media platforms and know the user habits and trend;

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign will be a PLUS;

- Passionate about F&B industry and lifestyle related content; Good communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead digital services sales and marketing initiatives, fostering regional growth
• Collaborate across departments ­­­­- Business Units, Sales, Partners and Executives to craft winning sales plans, proposals, and value propositions
• Partner with industry giants like Salesforce, Adobe and Sitecore to identify new business opportunities and develop joint sales strategies

• Acquire new customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and using various Media platforms

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our products/ services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
• Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Source & handle local orders and orders that we do not have local office.
• Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-5yrs of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers.
• Experience in similar industry will be advantageous.
