Joy Resources Consultancy is seeking customer-oriented individuals eager to expand their skills in managing a branch independently within a dynamic environment. The Sales Manager position requires CEI qualifications due to its emphasis on detailed knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Competitive Basic Salary: S$4,500 to S$6,500
- Lucrative Commission
- Annual Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- Mandatory CEI certification
- Preferred sales experience in the relevant industry
- Strong sales acumen, self-motivated, and capable of sourcing and closing sales autonomously
- Ability to handle all operational aspects of a branch office, including sales, customer support, and rostering
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening interviews to assess the qualifications and suitability of potential domestic helpers.
- Match families with the most suitable MDW based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to both families and MDWs to foster successful working relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices in the domestic helper industry.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
