Job Responsibilities:

• Actively promote personal credit line or loans at selected branches
• Attending to walk-in clients at the branch
• Ensure the application form is duly filled up and documents are in order for processing
• Telesales duties and follow up with customers via telephone if branches are not crowded
• Sales oriented role

Period:

• 6 months contract
• Will convert to 12 months (subject to renewal) if meet the standards (within or after month 6 where remuneration is based on $1500 base pay + good sales incentive (average monthly income of up to $6k)

Salary:

• $1,500/month + Monthly allowance of $1500 (No commission for 1st 6 months)

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 11am to 6pm
• Sat: 11am to 2.30pm
• Sun and PH closed

Location:

• East Area

Job requirements:

• Minimum N Level
• Has experience in sales, or any other related fields
• Confident with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented and sales driven

• Engage in telesales efforts to promote credit facilities/loans to existing or new clients
• Cross selling of banking products & services
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
