Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who possesses a passion for fashion and a keen understanding of brand marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Pazzion Group brand across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
· Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
· Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
· Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
· Oversee the creation of compelling content, including copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia materials, that effectively communicates the brand message and engages our audience.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and secure valuable partnerships.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
· Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns within the fashion or retail industry.
