The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the salon's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, handling inventory, implementing policies, and promoting the salon's services. Additionally, the manager collaborates with team members to develop sales strategies aimed at attracting potential clients and cross-selling products and services.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Trainee will acquire in-depth knowledge of the salon's service offerings through comprehensive training sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical exercises. They will familiarize themselves with the salon's operations, equipment, and product inventory. Additionally, they will explore various techniques for greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and managing complaints adeptly. The trainee will also review and understand salon policies related to appointments, cancellations, refunds, and other administrative procedures. Grasp essential safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a secure salon environment
2.Trainee will receive advanced training in service delivery, refine skills in specialized treatments and techniques, receive instruction on using new products or equipment, become proficient in upselling and cross-selling techniques, and deepen product knowledge through demonstrations.
3.Trainee will understand stock monitoring and procurement procedures, become familiar with inventory management, implement budgeting and cost control strategies, be introduced to salon financial documentation and assessment, and develop tactics for acquiring and retaining clients
4.Trainee will develop expertise in employing effective communication strategies, managing task delegation and work scheduling, engaging in conflict resolution and team-building activities, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, they will concentrate on nurturing enduring client relationships, introducing loyalty programs, and creating customer feedback mechanisms.
5.Trainee will focus on optimizing workflow by refining appointment scheduling and enhancing client flow. They will also learn time management techniques for staff, establish long-term goals for the salon, implement delegation and empowerment strategies, and stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.
