Job Description

• Responsible for all ensuring internal database is updated as required. Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
• Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfill contract obligations within specified timelines, costs, and scope.
• Manage project documentation, and subcontractor matters, and oversee system setup, database configuration, and resolution of technical and design issues.
• Provide support for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft OS.
• Perform basic setup of network switches, network checks, and IP address configuration for all project network devices.
• Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Systems Deployment, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Networking and Windows OS.
