About the Role

The Performance Marketing Executive will mainly oversee and support all paid media campaigns and strategy across channels, including paid social, paid search, video, display and all other forms of digital advertising channels. They will also have to create content for both organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Executed promotional campaigns on digital channels, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and generating conversions.
• utilizing analytics tools/software, and critical thinking and analysis, to manage, optimize and evaluate digital marketing performance from end to end.
• Tracking conversions for all campaign/events and constantly improve on enhancing conversions to leads generation or sales.
• Content creation (videos) to drive growth on social media platforms.
• Generate reports and evaluating campaign performance and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Remain up to date on existing and emerging trends in digital advertising.
• Monitoring and answer sales and general enquiries on social and communication platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and social media.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and media networks.
• Basic filming and video editing skill sets.

Media Brief and Optimization

• Prepare comprehensive media briefs for advertising campaigns, ensuring clear communication of goals, target audience, and key messages.
• Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Work with media agencies and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of media plans.

Budget Planning

• Support the marketing manager in developing and managing the marketing budget.
• Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring all activities are within the allocated budget.
• Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.

ROI Analysis

• Conduct detailed return on investment (ROI) analysis for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on ROI findings to improve future marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of content creation, media planning, and budget management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms).
